Expertise
Greg Dracos is a Consultant at Linkage, Inc., specializing
in Competency Modeling, Assessment & Measurement, and designing and
facilitating assessment-based organizational interventions.
As a key member of Linkage's Assessment Practice, Greg leads
the development of organizational assessment instruments, performs statistical
analyses, and partners with organizations around the world to implement
assessment interventions, such as organizational surveys, multi-rater
assessment, and personality testing. Since joining Linkage in 2004, Greg has
managed hundreds of successful assessment processes in Fortune 500
corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and international
organizations.
Greg is certified to give feedback and provide coaching on a
number of different 360-degree leadership assessment instruments and
personality inventories. In addition to assessment and measurement, his
research interests include organizational learning, organizational culture, and
knowledge management.
Greg is a valuable team member on Linkage strategic HR
consulting engagements, training and development, and leadership development
assignments for client organizations. His clients have included
Harley-Davidson, Macy's, Wyeth, Technicolor, Activision, McKesson, Wyndham, and
Liberty Mutual. Professional
Background and Experience
Prior to joining Linkage, Greg managed the Emerging Leaders
program at the Suffolk University's Learning Center, where he provided coaching
and training to peer tutors. Greg also worked as a Project Manager for a
software startup. Greg holds a Masters in Adult & Organizational Learning
and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, both from Suffolk
University in Boston.
