Expertise
Johanna has served
in a variety of
capacities at
Linkage. Currently
she facilitates
management
development programs
and consults on
assessments and the
design of leadership
development
initiatives. She has
special expertise in
such areas as
helping executives
manage transitions,
develop
organizational
skills, and
interpret 360°
feedback. She works
with clients on
designing and
delivering strategic
planning retreats,
as well as
customizing
leadership
development
programs. Currently
she has been working
with executive teams
on improving their
effectiveness as a
team and has helped
design several
action learning
programs. She also
serves as the
primary contact and
project lead for
some of Linkage’s
large scale clients:
United Nations
Development Program,
Serono, Macy’s,
Inc., Evonik Degussa
Corporation,
University of
Pennsylvania, Varian
Semiconductor,
Daymon WorldWide, U.

Prior to her role as
Consultant, she was
a Senior Program
Manager for the
Training Team where
she managed the
Immersion Programs,
Linkage’s high-end
training programs
for clients to
immerse themselves
into a specific
HR/OD or leadership
topic. She was also
responsible for
managing 4 critical
Training
Partnerships and
launching all new
Training products.
She played a major
role in launching
Linkage’s
international
expansion in
partnership with
senior leaders.
Prior to her role in
Training, Johanna
served as a Project
Manager for the
Assessment Team
where she worked
with leading
organizations in the
US and Europe to
design and
administer long-term
multi-rater
assessment projects
in support of their
strategic
initiatives. She
also served as
project lead on
high-profile
projects
orchestrating the
clients’ Leadership
and Management
Development Programs
including 360°
assessments,
personality
inventories,
coaching, as well as
the 5-Day program
itself. Her clients
include
Johanna has a
multilingual
background and is
fluent in English,
German, and Swedish,
and has collaborated
in preparing
translations in both
German and Swedish.
She also has several
years of training in
French. Before
joining Linkage,
Inc., Johanna spent
4 years teaching
German and French at
the college level.
She received her
International
Baccalaureate from
Frankfurt
International
School, and earned a
B.S. Summa Cum Laude
in Economics and
Psychology from
Ithaca College. She
is certified to give
feedback on the
Hogan Personality
Inventory and
Linkage’s 360°
Leadership
Assessment
Instrument. Johanna

courses as well as
