NORMA J. LAPOINTE
has more than 12 years of experience developing and delivering training
programs for organizations. She has specialized in the areas of Human
Performance Improvement particularly in the area of Personal Productivity,
Leadership and Management Development, and Team Development.
Norma comes to Linkage after 10 years in Corporate Training and Development
with Fleet Financial (now known as Bank of America) and three years as the
Performance Development Advisor for New York Life Investment Management
(NYLIM). Norma's work was recognized as a client success story by Zoologic
Inc., by demonstrating the value and success of blended learning approaches at
NYLIM. Norma is a certified instructional designer and facilitator in
management practices, team building and train-the-trainer programs.
Norma also has extensive experience working with the David Allen Company's
"Getting Things Done" (GTD) methodology, having first started working with it
from the early 1990's.
She received her BA degree from the University of Massachusetts and holds
multiple certifications from industry associations and has been a national
member of the American Society of Training and Development since 1998.
