Web-Streaming (Live or Extended View)

Live: Each program is offered via live streaming video and allows participation from your desktop or from any internet connection. You are able to call in, email, or fax questions to the presenter. The contact information is provided after you register and in the participant guide. Speakers will answer questions on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Extended View: If you are unable to participate in the live event, you can view the program for up to 90 days after the event. The viewing license you receive (which will be automatically downloaded onto your computer) will allow you to view the broadcast up to five times within a 90 day window from the broadcast. This multiple viewing access ensures you will be able to view the full event, even if you get interrupted or only have limited blocks of time at any given point.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• Computer with Windows Media Player 9 or better installed
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or better
• Internet connection
